The Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022, or PACT Act, is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances. The PACT Act was signed by President Biden on August 8, 2022. It adds the following new presumptions:

If you are a Korean War Veteran you may be eligible for the Korean Ambassador for Peace Medal. The Ambassador for Peace Medal began as a presentation to veterans who returned to South Korea through the revisit program. This honor has been expanded to veterans who cannot travel to Korea.
