Hello Hello Hello Hello The weekend after Halloween Party Please come join us as we march up Grand Avenue to honor the men and women who have served our nation and are no longer with us. Memorial Day Observance ceremony at Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Elmhurst. DVS at Councilmember Holden's office Holden VFW 551 Commander (Brendan Gibbons) wins the 2022 United Veterans and Fraternal Organizations National V.F.W. Day is held every year on September 29. This is a day for us to commemorate the hard work and sacrifice of veteran men and women who have selflessly served the United States of America. ‘V.F.W.’ stands for ‘Veterans of Foreign Wars,’ an organization established to support past and present American service members who have served in foreign wars, expeditions, or campaigns. Calling all PATRIOTS-VETERANS to come celebrate Americas Warriors on the Annual Queens Veterans Day Parade on Sunday, November 12th @ 12PM. Parade will commence on 80th Street & Metropolitan Avenue. Come march with the Haspel-Staab VFW Post 551. Our commander Brendan Gibbon is this year's Grand Marshall...... Sunday Easter Dinner
